The Paradox of Change.

Change is often difficult, especially when it's thrust upon us in the form of a loss, or an unanticipated transition.

But grief and loss and life transitions also can be catalysts toward opportunity - or an awakening.

In my 40 years as a licensed clinical social worker and a university educator, I have helped people examine issues of grief, loss, bereavement, and chronic illness. I have also helped clients grow through personal transitions at every life stage.

I counsel individuals and groups, and conduct a wide range of workshops for organizations, agencies and healthcare professionals. As an educator for 25 years, I also provide specialized coaching for teachers and consultations with academic institutions.

I invite you to learn more about my credentials, my services and how I can help you or your organization move forward.
